MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM SHELL OIL COMPANY STOCKTON BULK FUEL DISTRIBUTION FACILITY WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM DISCHARGE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY RECEIVING WATER MONITORING -3- Receiving water samples shall be collected from two locations as identified below. Samples should be representative of the volume and nature of the receiving water. Time of collection of a grab sample shall be recorded. The following shall constitute the receiving water monitoring program: P.-1 The San Joaquin River near the point of discharge R-2 Approximately 500 feet downstream of the discharge point (Flow direction reverses due to tidal action and releases to the water projects.
