SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) Onsite in response to a Cal CIES spill report: open containers of used/waste oil or diesel were reported to be spilling onto the ground. The permission to take photographs was not granted by Mr. Salazar at the time of inspection, and as such, no photographs were taken at the time of inspection. According to Mr. Salazar, this facility infrequently generates hazardous waste during routine equipment maintenance of the existing heavy duty trucks utilized for onsite business, therefore this facility will be added to the inventory as a hazardous waste generator. A checklist of findings was left onsite at the time of inspection. This hazardous waste generator report was issued on July 2, 2014. MINOR-Notice to Comply: 101, 122, 125, 127, 128, 301, 304, 404, 605, 609, 610 101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD by August 2, 2014. A form has been provided. 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Maintain all future hazardous waste disposal records on site, and submit proof to the EHD indicating that this practice will be implemented by August 2, 2014. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
