The following are Class II (Repeat): #605 <br /> 605 (Repeat). Witnessed one 55-gallon drum of oily debris missing hazardous properties on the label at <br /> the shop. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Violation was corrected on site. <br /> NOTES (The following are not violations) <br /> The facility generated 8.919 tons of hazardous waste in 2013. Facility has been re-categorized as 5-25 <br /> tons generator. Please be aware that the invoice for the annual Hazardous Waste Generator permit will <br /> reflect this change accordingly. <br /> Facility generates hazardous waste from construction vehicle equipment repair/maintenance.
