Witnessed oily liquid inside secondary containment by the parts washer unit. Generator shall make <br /> hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a <br /> hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the <br /> waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Generator <br /> placed the oily liquid in the used oil tank; discrepancy was corrected on site. <br /> 610. Observed several drained used oil filters not stored in a container. Used oil filters must be stored in <br /> a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start <br /> date. Discrepancy was corrected on site. <br /> Discussed with generator Universal Waste management requirements including aerosol cans, lamps, <br /> alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. in a closed container with a <br /> method to identify the content and the start date of accumulation. Universal Wastes must be managed <br /> within 1 year of accumulation, and the disposal records maintained on site for at least 3 years. <br /> A copy of CUPA class schedule and San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste Disposal <br /> Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> Discrepancy was corrected on site. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
