Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> Immediately stop recycling metal fines, make a hazardous waste determination for the metal fines generated from the <br /> maintenance shop, and manage it according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Particles 100 microns or smaller <br /> must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal is determined to be a hazardous waste. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 11-27-14. This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Red coating for the lumber planks has been left on the ground outside next to the paint shed. Any person who <br /> generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately stop leaving wood coating on the <br /> ground, make a hazardous waste determination for the existing wood coating that is on the ground, and manage it <br /> according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how <br /> this waste was managed by 11-27-14. This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Approximately eight ballasts were found in the metal recycling bin. Any person who generates a waste shall determine <br /> if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately remove the ballasts from the metal recycling bin, make a hazardous <br /> waste determination for the ballasts, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a <br /> statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 11-27-14.
