On <br /> the last page it says the waste is Non-RCRA hazardous waste. Four 55 gallon drums of the pit sludge was seen at <br /> the time of inspection. The drums were labelled with a hazardous waste label as well as"pit sludge non haz". When <br /> Douglas was asked if the waste was considered hazardous on non hazardous he could not provide an answer. Any <br /> person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately , make a hazardous <br /> waste determination for the pit sludge , and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a <br /> statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br />
