American St. <br /> Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County (PHS/EHD) has not received the field investigative report <br /> (Soil Remediation Plan or Preliminary Report) from the re-excavation activity <br /> performed July, 1989. Field investigations and subsequent reports should utilize <br /> the Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendation (enclosed) , as well as the guidance <br /> presented in the LUFT manual. The Soil Remediation Plan/Preliminary Report <br /> should be submitted to PHS/EHD for review no later than February 15, 1990. <br /> Residual contaminants remaining at the conclusion of the re-excavation attempt <br /> should be addressed at this time in the above mentioned report.
