We have <br /> found the plan to be inadequate and are discontinuing review of the workplan until the <br /> deficiencies noted below are addressed in a revised workplan and submitted to this <br /> office for approval. <br /> 1. Provide the location of underground public utility lines (including water, sanitary <br /> sewer and storm sewer). <br /> 2. Submit the laboratory results for the UGST removal of <br /> March 31, 1989. <br /> 3. Recommended soil sample analyses are included on the enclosed Minimum <br /> laboratory Verification Analysis form. <br /> 4. Provide a detailed side view illustration of proposed additional excavation and <br /> sampling points. <br /> 5. Identify the depth to first water along with the documentation of the referenced <br /> source. <br /> 6. Aeration activities are approved and supervised by the San Joaquin Local Air <br /> Pollution Control District. Contact S.J.L.A.P.C.D. for details. <br /> 7. Clarify the previous location of the exhumed pipeline. It is illustrated differently <br /> on the closure plan submitted to this office on December 29, 1988. <br /> 8.
