SITE-SPECIFIC SAFETY PLAN <br /> Siebold Construction Property <br /> 820 S. American Street, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This Site-Specific Safety Plan(Safety Plan)has been prepared to minimize the threat of serious injury to <br /> workers engaged in drilling and sampling activities while implementing the Workplan for the <br /> Subsurface Investigation at the Siebold Construction Property,in Stockton,California. Winzler& <br /> Kelly personnel will be briefed on the Safety Plan and will have access to the Safety Plan the entire time <br /> field work is occurring. <br /> This Safety Plan offers guidelines and precautions for employees of Winzler& Kelly.It is the <br /> responsibility of every person working on the project site to behave cautiously and avoid actions or <br /> situations that could jeopardize his or her own safety and well being. Winzler&Kelly is not responsible <br /> for the actions of employees of other contractors or their sub-contractors,but will work with them to <br /> create the safest possible environment. <br /> Winzler&Kelly is not responsible or liable for the injuries of persons working on the project site with <br /> the exception of Winzler&Kelly employees,to the extent that they are covered by Winzler&Kelly's <br /> Worker's Compensation Insurance. <br /> 1.1 SITE SAFETY OFFICER <br /> The Winzler&Kelly Site Safety Officer(SSO)will be either Jim Donohue or Ryan Crawford. In <br /> absence of both, Dave Vossler will act as SSO.
