Soil samples will be taken with brass <br /> tubes from dirt near bucket teeth. The excavated material will be stockpiled <br /> and covered with plastic. Soil sample report will be sent to S.J.C.P.H.S. <br /> A 48 hour notice will be given to S.J.C.P.H.S. prior to soil samples and at <br /> which time we will use hard hats, gloves, protective over-alls, boots. <br /> Fume mask respirators will be on site if needed. Two fire extinguishers of 20 <br /> BC will be present. <br /> Underground Utilities are noted and drawn on attac4ed plan. Area hospitals and <br /> fire departments are shown on city map as well as telephone numbers listed. <br /> WORK PLAN <br /> 1. Re-excavation to be done with backhoe. <br /> 2. The bottom of the hole will be on the west end of tank. <br /> 3. The following soil tests will be taken from the extracted samples: <br /> a. TEPH (3550) (3540) <br /> b. BTX&E (8020) <br /> c. TPH-G, <br /> �GC-F.,ID (�50�30)� <br /> e. EDB CY <br /> 4. Approximately 3 yards of material to be excavated. <br /> 5.
