The soil <br /> and water samples were submitted to Cal Tech Environmental Laboratories, Inc. (CTEL) <br /> on 28"' September 2001: <br /> Soil and Water samples were collected on September 27, 2001 from 13:08 p.m. to 18:12 <br /> p.m. and were shipped via Golden State Overnight. <br /> CTEL received the samples on September 28"', 2001 and signed by Roobik Yaghoubi <br /> around 08:30 am. <br /> Two individual coolers were submitted, one for water samples, and second one for soil <br /> samples. Both coolers looked fine without physical damage. Samples received in a <br /> chilled state, with the COC record attached.The temperature of the cooler was about <br /> 3oC. <br /> The Chain of Custody (COC) listed the samples individually and tests required. The <br /> samples were listed lot Hexavalent Chromium and TPH—Diesel. <br /> Water Samples were analyzed within 24-hr for Hexavalent Chromium and TPH—Diesel. <br /> Per method requirement(the water sample for Chromium VI must be analyzed within 24- <br /> hr of sample collection). <br /> Please see the attached QA/QC data listing Laboratory Control Standard (LCS) and <br /> Laboratory Control Standard Duplicate (LCSD) for both TPH—Diesel and Chromium <br /> VI. <br /> TC .
