Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br /> International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br /> being tested, repaired, or serviced, and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing the OPW-EVR 2100 Spill Bucket must hold a <br /> certificate of training from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 3. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval. <br /> 4. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API,ASTM, etc. See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR),Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br /> bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />
