A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" for the <br /> diesel tank shall be submitted by the owner or the owners'agent [pursuant to (CCR) <br /> 2635(d)] within 30 days after work is completed, before this repair is considered <br /> complete by the EHD. <br /> 9. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work.
