1a <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />15492614.1 <br />25. <br />26. <br />27 <br />M <br />Shall turn over to the Receiver and direct all other third parties in possession <br />thereof to turn over all keys, leases, books, records, books of account, <br />ledgers, operating statements, budgets, and all other Receivership Estate <br />records relating to the Receivership Estate, wherever located, and in <br />whatever mode maintained, including information contained on computers <br />and any and all software relating thereto as well as all banking records, <br />statements and cancelled checks`; <br />Shall prepare all Federal, Stat and local tax forms for the Property and <br />retain copies only of sufficientf records in order to prepare such tax forms <br />due for 2011 and any previous }ears that may be delinquent for the Property. <br />Copies of all signed tax forms and evidence of payment of any taxes owed <br />will be provided to the Receiver when the forms are filed with the <br />appropriate taxing authority. <br />Shall turn over to the Receiver,; all documents which pertain to all licenses, <br />permits and any local, State anq Federal government approvals relating to its <br />business, and shall immediately advise the Receiver of their Federal <br />Taxpayer Identification Number used in connection with the operation of the <br />Property business which the Re eiver is authorized to use in connection with <br />the administration of the Receivership Estate; and <br />Plaintiff and its officers, employees and agents shall have access, upon one <br />week notice, to inspect the Receivership Estate and the monies (upon <br />reasonable advance notice to the Receiver) to enable them to review the <br />same from time to time during the pendency of this Receivership. <br />29. The Borrowers shall immediatgly advise the Receiver as to the nature and <br />extent of insurance coverage i on the Property. The Borrowers shall <br />immediately name "Kevin Si <br />the insurance policy(ies) for <br />possession of the Property <br />as Receiver", as an additional insured on <br />period that the Receiver shall be in <br />Borrowers are prohibited from canceling, j <br />Receivership Order <br />
