<br />reducing or modifying any insurance coverage currently in existence with
<br />respect to the Property without the consent of the Receiver.
<br />30. The Borrowers, and their respective agents, officers and employees, and ally

<br />other persons acting in concer' with them who have actual or constructive
<br />knowledge of this Order, shall root:
<br />(a)
<br />(b)
<br />(c)
<br />Commit or permit any waste of the assets or any part thereof, or suffer'
<br />or commit or permit any ;act or any part thereof in violation of law, or
<br />remove, transfer, encumber or otherwise dispose of any of the
<br />Borrowers' assets or other property of the Receivership Estate or any
<br />part thereof;
<br />Demand, collect, receiv, discount or in any other way divert or use
<br />any of the monies or acunts receivable of the Property;
<br />Directly or indirectly ierfere in any manner with the discharge of
<br />the Receiver's duties under this Order or the Receiver's possession of
<br />and operation or management of the Property and the Receivership
<br />Estate;
<br />(d) Expend, disburse, _ transfer, assign, sell, convey, devise, pledge,
<br />mortgage, create a security interest in, encumber, conceal or. in any
<br />manner whatsoever deal! in or dispose of the whole or any park of the
<br />assets of the Property o the Receivership Estate without prior Court
<br />Order;
<br />(e) Terminate or otherwise affect any of the utilities that service the
<br />Receivership Estate;

<br />(f) Do any act which will, or would tend to, materially impair, defeat,
<br />divert, prevent or prejudice the preservation of the assets of the
<br />Property or the Receiverphip Estate.
