<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that during the pendency of the Receivership
<br />ordered herein, the Borrowers, and all of their officers, principals, investors, collectors,
<br />stockholders, lessors, customers and junior penholders on the Property and other persons
<br />seeking to establish or enforce any claim, ri ht or on behalf of the Borrowers, or any of
<br />their subsidiaries or affiliates, and all others acting for or on behalf of such persons,
<br />including attorneys, trustees, agents, sheriffs, constables, marshals and other officers and
<br />their deputies, and their respective attorneys, agents, servants and employees, excluding
<br />the Plaintiff, be and hereby are stayed from:
<br />(a) commencing, prosecuting, continuing or enforcing any suit or
<br />proceeding against the, Borrowers, or any of its subsidiaries or
<br />affiliates, except as suc� actions may be filed to toll any applicable
<br />statute of limitations;
<br />(b) commencing, prosecuti g, continuing or entering into any suit or
<br />proceeding in the name ' f or on behalf of the Borrowers, or any of its
<br />subsidiaries or affiliates
<br />(c) accelerating the due date of any obligation or claimed obligation,
<br />enforcing any lien upon, or taking or attempting to take possession
<br />of, or obtaining possession of, any property of the Defendants, or any
<br />of their subsidiaries or affiliates, of any property claimed by it, or
<br />attempting to forfeit, ;foreclose, alter, or terminate any of the
<br />Borrowers, or any of ids subsidiaries' or affiliates' interest in the
<br />Property, including, i4ithout any limitation, the establishment,
<br />granting or perfection o aany such security interest, whether such acts
<br />are part of a judicial pro eeding or otherwise;
<br />(d) Using self-help or exec4ting or issuing, or causing the execution or
<br />issuance of any Court attachment, subpoena or replevin, execution or
<br />other process for the putpose of impounding or taking possession of
<br />or interfering with, or creating or enforcing a lien upon any property,
