Inc., submitted a Report of Flame <br />Dischazge to the California Regional Warm' Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, <br />Oereaier Board) to update its waste discharge requirements and to apply its wastewater from its <br />winery operations to a 300 -acre grape vineyard near Ripon in Sim Joaquin County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board lags assumed the Lead agency role for this project uuder tho Cali bmia <br />Baviro=eatal Quality Act azd has conducted an Initial Study in accordance with Title 14;.... <br />California Code of Regulations, Section 15063, endued Gtjidelines for the Implementctidn of the <br />California EnWronmenral Act, and <br />WHEREAS. Mitigation measures included izE the Project and identified in the Negative <br />Declaration arc expected to reduce impacts to water quality to a less than sig1f&ar t levet; tad <br />ti. SAS, copies of the Initial Study snd proposed Nogadve Declaration, were transmitted <br />to all agencies and persons known to be interested in this matter-, and <br />WMREA,S c zoments were received, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board considered all testimony and evidence at a public hearing held or, <br />28 April 1995 in Redding, California, and good cause was found to approve the Wtial Study and <br />adopt a Negative Declaration; 'Therefore, be it <br />RESOLVED, that the California Regional }Vater Quality Control Board. Central Vary <br />Region, approves the Wrial Study and Negative Declaration for The 'Wine Group. Inc. project in <br />San Joaquin County, <br />I. WILLIAM H.
