The contaminated absorbent pads were <br /> removed from the trash and placed in the absorbent and oily waste hazardous <br /> waste (HW) container that is located in the Auto Shop Hazardous Waste <br /> Accumulation Area (HWAA). The metal filings have been collected and placed <br /> (as suggested by the inspector) in the absorbent drum. <br /> Violation # 122, 123 & 705 — Manifest# 007277964JJK has been located and is <br /> now in the Maintenance and Operations (M&O) file. (See attachment 1) <br /> Violation # 125 - The HW disposal records for 11-1-12, 8-18-11 and 5-3-12 (Bill <br /> of Lading) have been located and are now in the site file. The HW disposal <br /> record dated 5-16-13 could not be located at the site or Ramos Environmental, <br /> however Ramos Environmental did have a Bill of lading dated 5-6-13. (See <br /> attachment 5.) <br /> Violation # 127 — Records for spent lead acid batteries are now in the M&O file. <br /> (See attachment 2.) Also, core records for spent lead acid automotive batteries <br /> are in the M&O file. (See attachment 4.) <br /> Violation # 301 — The parts washer has been drained and will be properly <br /> disposed. A new drip has been installed under the part cleaner. A new part <br /> cleaner has been ordered and will be installed on the drip pan. The spill <br /> generated by the Bob Cat has been cleaned. The oily HW has been placed in <br /> the in the oily absorbent container located in the Auto Shop HWAA. The leak in <br /> 1305 E.
