September 23, 2013 SEP 2 7 2013 <br /> RE: HAZARDOUS WASTE PROGRAM INSPECTION REPORT <br /> EPA ID # CAL000124332G��n .,r <br /> Page 2 of 3 -r4, <br /> Violation # 301 — (continued) the Bob Cat hydraulic system has been repaired. <br /> The Bob Cat is now parked over a trap to contain any future leaks. <br /> Violation # 305 — The secondary containment pallet has been cleaned. The <br /> effluent from the containment pallet was disposed in the appropriate HW <br /> container located in the Auto Shop HWAA. The secondary containment pallet <br /> has been inspected for leaks and none were identified. <br /> Violation # 605 — The two (2) HW oil and used absorbent drums have been <br /> properly labeled. The HW container was emptied by Ramos Environmental on <br /> September 12, 2013. (See attachment 3) <br /> Violation # 605 & 701 — The used coolant drum has been properly labeled. The <br /> HW container was emptied by Ramos Environmental on September 12, 2013. <br /> (See attachment 3.) <br /> Violation # 610 — The three (3) used oil filters have been placed in the used oil <br /> filter Universal Waste container. <br /> Violation 902, 907 & 908 — The eight (8) aerosol cans have been placed in the <br /> used aerosol can Universal Waste container that is labeled and closed. <br /> This concludes M&O report on action taken to address concerns as recorded on <br /> the September 3, 2013 inspection.
