One 55-gallon container described as "solid", had no hazardous properties. One 55-gallon container of <br /> waste oil lacked accumulation start date, hazardous properties and physical state. One 55-gallon container of oil <br /> filters had no hazardous properties and no accumulation start date. All hazardous waste containers shall be <br /> marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> These containers were labeled with all appropriate information at the time of inspection. <br /> 2) Contingency plan was not up-to-date.
