One 55-gallon container of oil and water located next to the outdoor compressor <br /> area was lacking an accumulation start date. One yellow"overpack"container, located adjacent to the repair shop, of <br /> broken fluorescent light tubes had a hazardous waste label with no accumulation start date, no physical state, no <br /> hazardous properties and no contents and composition. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br /> following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> it cannot be determined how long these containers had been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Two oil filters were located inside the parts washer located adjacent to the satellite accumulation area. The parts <br /> washed had a label that read ""oil filters only". Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, <br /> rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately <br /> manage these filters as required and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Onsite to conduct a routine hazardous waste generator inspection, a checklist of findings was left onsite at the <br /> time of inspection, a complete report was issued on June 22, 2015, <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperw& <br /> 30 days from receipt of this inspection report. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
