There was no analysis for sludge as mentioned in the <br /> previous submittal, as there is no sludge present in the AST. <br /> Update to Item 108 <br /> Failure to determine <br /> The hazard determinations for the following items have been updated: <br /> • Bleach — SDS included —determination — Hazardous material, corrosive <br /> • Sanitizer Wipes— SDS included in previous submission — determination — Hazardous material, <br /> Toxic <br /> • Clorox 2 —SDS included in previous submission — Hazardous material, Toxic <br /> • Snuggle Fabric Softener— SDS included in previous submission —determination — Hazardous <br /> material, Toxic <br /> These items would be deemed hazardous waste only when a waste determination has been made. <br /> Items noted in inspector photos may have been hazardous materials but were not determined to be <br /> hazardous waste as they still had value. <br />
