It was explained by <br /> Mike Hammer that all "Stockton Clarifier" samples were taken from the AREA 2 Maintenance Clarifier. <br /> These samples were taken from the bottom of the clarifier, which can be referred to as the sludge <br /> portion. However, in the course of sampling the bottom of the clarifier the sample will be mixed with the <br /> top liquid portion of clarifier. The resulting sample is what was sent for analysis by Enviro-Chem.
