Violation 108 (a): Metal Fines <br /> Metal fines generated from the welding area were collected and analyzed. Based <br /> upon the results of the analysis and after review of the data with you, metal fines <br /> generated are considered to be hazardous waste. The fines will be segregated and <br /> manifested upon disposal. <br /> 2.) Violation 108 (b): Used Sand Blast Material/Spray Booth Filters <br /> The information previously presented for the sand blast media is in place, i.e. used <br /> sand blast media is presently being handled as a hazardous waste. <br /> Used filters from the spray booth have been sampled and analyzed. Based on the <br /> results of the analysis, spray booth filters are considered to be a hazardous waste <br /> and will be manifested upon disposal. <br /> I appreciate the guidance you have provided throughout this process.
