Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for waste hydraulic oil were not readily for review. The last record of waste hydraulic oil pickup was from Evergreen back in March 2010. It is unclear if there are any waste oil pickup since then. Hazardous waste generators shall retain all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all disposal receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit a statement or a copy of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on how disposal receipts will be kept on site readily for review by inspector. 605 & 701. A 55 gallon black metal drum of waste oil located by the outsourced Premier Paint business and new material storage & has an incomplete hazardous waste label. There is a label that only identifies it as "waste oil". All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: 1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator 3. hazardous properties (toxic, corrosive, reactive or ignitable), 4. physical state (solid or liquid) 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information. - Label is provided and all the information marked. Since it is unclear how long this waste oil drum has been on site and the last record of pickup was in March 2010, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
