Utilize only steel and aluminum metal for fabrication of electronic <br /> metal enclosures, computer board face plates. <br /> - Machine equipment hydraulic oil changed by equipment manufacturers themselves. Several types of <br /> mfgr, so several contractors which hauls off their used oil. Some equipment hydraulic oil changed by <br /> facility's own employees. <br /> - Provided Jan - June 2014 free CUPA classes. July - December 2014 schedule to be posted on EHD <br /> website. <br /> - Facility uses two metals: steel and aluminum. Unknown the metal components in steel: iron, carbon <br /> and possibly nickel, manganese, chromium & vanadium. <br /> - Facility uses aluminium 6061-T6 which is 95.8-98.6 wt% aluminum but has other nonferrous metal <br /> components: Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn,t4� Zn. <br /> - Facility uses aluminum-H32 whic s 95.7-97.7 wt% aluminum but has similar nonferrous metals to T6. <br /> - Elma Electronics at 44350 Grimmer Blvd, Fremont, CA performs soldering on metals creating metal <br /> waste components: Antimony, Copper, Silver, Tin. <br /> - Lathrop facility does not performs soldering but crimping. Future plans to have soldering process. <br /> If it appears metal fines generated from crimping are smaller than 100 microns and the metal fines have <br /> hazardous metal waste components, it is best to make a hazardous waste determination for particle size <br /> and hazardous properties prior to being recycled as scrap metal. Any person who generates a waste <br /> shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Manage metal waste according the Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, specifies 17 various metals that <br /> can qualify waste as hazardous. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste <br /> if the metal is determined to be a hazardous waste. <br /> - Premier Industrial Finishing separate business at rear of facility separated by caged fence.
