Moving forward, ECS will send generator manifests to DTSC <br /> weekly to ensure that they are received within the 30-day timeframe. <br /> Item 114: CCR66262.40 (a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifest from designated <br /> facility for three years. <br /> Response:ECS has collected all missing manifests. (see attached). Moving forward, ECS <br /> is tracking all outbound and inbound manifests,and will contact designated facilities for <br /> any manifests not received within 30 days. <br /> Item 116: CCR 66262.42 Failed to comply with the uniform hazardous waste <br /> manifest exception requirements.
