We will also use an online training system (Training Track, TM) to track <br /> employees and their training. <br /> Item 605: CCR 6626.34 (f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> Response:Item was corrected onsite on 04/03/2017. <br /> All employees that manage hazardous waste will be trained no later than 06/01/2017. We <br /> will also increase the headcount in the EH&S department to ensure that we remain <br /> compliant. NES held a training onsite, and employees attended offsite training as well <br /> during the month of April 2017. <br /> Item 707: CCR 66273.34 Failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal <br /> waste. <br /> Response:All employees that manage universal waste will be trained no later than <br /> 06/0112017.
