I asked him why I hadn't any follow up to the failed Diesel spill bucket at the site. He said thank you for the call, I must have missed that". JJ 07/07/04 Conducted Routine MC<and MC for this year. Met with Mike Eliason who told me that the number for the owner is 948-4911 cell is 345-5774. JJ 06/24/04 Mailed inspection report to the address in the Webster system 3006 Country Club Stockton CA 95204. JJ 06/23/04 Placed a second follow up call this morning in an attempt to reach Mike Eliason about this site. I had called yesterday and had not received a call back. I have been having difficulty trying to reach the current owner and so drove by the site last week to see if any phone#s were listed. At that time I noticed that a beeping noise was coming from behind the locked door where the monitoring panel was. At the site I noticed an application form(credit application) with a phone#(800) 266-3782. I called the number and asked what they planned to do about the beeping noise and was told that the noise was for the empty diesel tank. I then asked for an Environmental Compliance Officer. The Operator the told me that I needed to speak with Mike Eliason and gave me this # 993-8793.
