Item 20. Container Labeling <br /> The accumulation container for non-empty aerosol cans has been marked with the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste" as well as additional information required. Waste absorbent and jet ink <br /> containers were relabeled and shipped as Hazardous Waste on Uniform Hazardous Waste <br /> Manifest number 007523736JJK. PCB ballast drum has been relabeled and is scheduled for <br /> pickup by our hazardous waste hauler, UNIVARUSA, between August 5-12, 2011. A copy of <br /> the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest will be available after pick up and forwarded to EHD <br /> inspector. <br /> Item 23. Oil filters. 'PANNE EQ <br /> The accumulation start date was added to the container of drained INE FILTERS <br /> used oil filters. Subsequently, the filters were picked up for <br /> recycling by Evergreen Environmental Services on manifest number ,d„gs.9 <br /> 72376. <br /> Item 50. Accumulation start date <br /> The practice of exceeding the storage limit while trying to <br /> attempting to fill containers has been terminated. The waste will be shipped prior to exceeding <br /> the storage limits regardless of the volume of material accumulated. The partial drums of waste <br /> in the hazardous waste storage area with dates beyond the 180-day limit have been shipped as <br /> Hazardous Waste on Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest number 007523736JJK or are awaiting <br /> pick up by our hazardous waste hauler, UNIVARUSA, between August 5-12, 2011. A copy of <br /> the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest will be available after pick up and forwarded to EHD <br /> inspector. <br /> Item 79. Universal Waste Lamps <br /> The lamps in question have been transferred to shipping containers and were shipped for <br /> recycling using our hazardous waste hauler, UNIVARUSA, on Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest <br /> number 000043028. Additional shipping containers have been ordered and sufficient numbers <br /> will be maintained on site for the proper storage of lamps awaiting disposal. <br /> Item 83. Labeling Universal Waste Lamps. <br /> All except 24 to 30 U-tube fluorescent lamps have been shipped from the facility using our <br /> hazardous waste hauler, UNIVARUSA, on Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest number 000043028. <br /> The remaining lamps have been consolided into shipping containers labeled with the phase <br /> "Universal Waste Lamps". <br /> Item 84. Universal Waste Accumulation Date <br /> All accumulated universal waste lamps were shipped from the facility on December 22, 2010, <br /> using our hazardous waste hauler, UNIVARUSA, on Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest number <br /> 000035343. Any universal waste lamps in the hazardous waste storage area at the time of the <br /> inspection were generated following that date. All except 24 to 30 U-tube fluorescent lamps <br /> have been shipped from the facility using our hazardous waste hauler, UNIVARUSA, on Non- <br /> Hazardous Waste Manifest number 000043028. The remaining lamps have been consolided into <br /> shipping containers and dated with the date the waste was generated June 1, 2011. <br />
