P� cTINoor <br /> Foodservice I Food Packaging <br /> In the outside area near the empty totes, used absorbent was observed on the ground in <br /> multiple locations. <br /> Pactiv Response: The oil stained areas have been cleaned to the extent possible. The oily <br /> debris generated during the cleanup was placed into containers designated for oily debris <br /> storage at the facility. <br /> 304 <br /> Old equipment was observed blocking containers of hazardous waste containing ink sludge and <br /> ink solids. Adequate aisle space shall be maintained to allow the unobstructed movement of <br /> personnel,fire protection, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment to all areas <br /> of facility operation in an emergency. <br /> Pactiv Response:This area has been cleaned up and the old equipment has been reorganized <br /> as to not present any obstruction to these containers. <br /> 403 <br /> In the ink tank area: One white 5-gallon bucket containing dried ink waste was observed <br /> without a lid, Four steel 1 quart buckets containing dried ink waste were observed without a lid, <br /> One ink tank with dried green ink waste at the bottom was observed without a lid, One plastic 1 <br /> quart bucket containing ink sludge was observed without a lid. <br /> Pactiv Response:The lids have been securely placed on all containers mentioned above. <br /> In the machine area: One white five gallon plastic bucket containing ink filters was observed <br /> without a lid. <br /> Pactiv Response:The lid has been securely placed on this container. <br /> In the outside area: One plastic 1 quart bucket containing oily water was observed without a <br /> lid. <br /> Pactiv Response:This bucket has been removed. The oily liquid accumulated in the bucket <br /> was transferred into containers designated for used oil storage at the facility. <br /> 406 <br /> In machine area, one grey empty 55 gallon steel drum was observed without an empty label. <br /> Pactiv Response: This drum has been reused and is no longer empty. <br /> In the outside area, seven 270 gallon plastic totes and thirty 55 gallon ploy drums were <br /> observed without an empty label. In addition,four 270 gallon plastic totes were observed with <br /> an empty date of 3/14/2017. <br /> Pactiv Response: All empty plastic totes and drums have been disposed of. Disposal records <br /> are included in Attachment 4. <br />
