It was estimated that 10-15
gallons of water and a bright green substance which we
postulated was antifreeze had spilled in and around our
storm drain. our Emergency Response Team contained the
spill on site and had retrieved all of the contaminated
material. The site was inspected by Ken Wimberely of
Municipal Utilities and Mike Sibert of the Stockton
Fire Department. Both were satisfied with our clean up
efforts.
Samples of the spill were immediately sent to Cognis,
Inc. for identification. Attached is a copy of the
test results. No hazardous substances were found in
the liquid. The samples were determined to be mostly
water with some inorganic carborates and
Pai ,sacvinaride;.
_Z
if you have any questions or concerns, please don't
hesitate to contact me.
Thank you,
Beth M.
