FACILITY LOCATION <br /> The facility is located in the South-East portion of Stockton, <br /> just north of Stockton Metropolitan Airport at the cross-section <br /> of Qantas Lane and Boeing Road. The Universal Transverse <br /> Mercator (UTM) coordinates of the site as measured on the U.S. <br /> Quadrangle (7.5 minute series) are 4197 kilometers North and <br /> 790 kilometers East. The nearest major cross-section is Hwy 99 <br /> to the east and Arch-Airport Road to the south. <br /> Facility latitude is 37 degrees, 54 minutes, 34 seconds. <br /> Facility longitude is 121 degrees, 13 minutes, 14 seconds. <br /> II. COMPANY PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION <br /> Dopaco is a Pennsylvania Corporation, incorporated in <br /> August, 1979. The Stockton operation' s equipment was bought <br /> from Goldbond in December, 1981 . The equipment and production <br /> operation at that time was located at 800A West Church Street, <br /> Stockton, Ca. Dopaco conducted conducted operations there <br /> until November, 1987 when it was relocated to it' s present site <br /> Dopaco supplies paperboard packaging to the Fast-Food Industry, <br /> as it has since it' s inception. The product line has been <br /> expanded in Stockton to include cold drink cups and lids. <br /> III . PRODUCTION PROCESS <br /> Three roto-gravure printing presses, one thermoformer, and <br /> various forming/gluing equipment are utilized at this <br /> facility. <br /> The printing presses are comprised of one 8 color press, <br /> one 6 color press, and one 5 color press. All presses are <br /> made by Champlain. All presses have in-line cutters and are <br /> equipped with drying ovens. Up to nineteen drying ovens <br /> are used, each having a capacity of 790,000 btus/hour and <br /> fired on natural gas. Various colors of ink are applied to <br /> the paperboard. The paper is also cut as desired for eventual <br /> folding into cartons or cups. The paper trim system pneumatically <br /> transfers the waste paper particles from each press for eventual <br /> bailing and sale to recycling centers. After the carton/cup <br /> blanks are printed and cut, they are formed and glued in the <br /> Finishing Department, ready for distribution to customers. <br />
