A truck <br /> upset a 55 gallon drum e�ausmg it o r tore and drain contents into storm drain <br /> (complaint #90-0484). William Snavely, Registered Environmental Health Specialist, San Joaquin <br /> Public Health Services, investigated this spill and filled out a Proposition 65 report (#90-075). The <br /> waste was pumped out by I.T.Services of Manteca,CA.,under instructions from the City of Stockton <br /> Municipal Utilities District. <br /> 1 <br />
