STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE <br /> Prooedure#: DRAFT Title: <br /> Issue* 1 <br /> Issue Date: 7/15/2010 Waste Storage Area Log TempWnland <br /> Supersedes Date: None <br /> 6.0 Procedure <br /> 6.1 Usin he Lo <br /> • The Oiler brings containers into the waste storage area. <br /> • The Oiler affixes an appropriate label to all containers in the waste storage,empty containers <br /> included. <br /> • To start using a container for waste storage,affix the appropriate label to the container, <br /> following the guidelines of the Tracy Waste Stream to select the correct container and label. <br /> • The Oiler records the started container in the Waste Storage Area Log including the Start Date <br /> and the name of the Waste Stream Item. <br /> • When a container is shipped,the Oiler will weigh the container,mark the label with the <br /> weight,and record the weight of the container in the Waste Area Storage Log. <br /> • The Oiler will seal the container against additions,to preserve the accuracy of the log and <br /> shipment manifest. <br /> • When the container is picked up,the Oiler will mark the Ship date in the Waste Storage Log, <br /> closing the item from the log. <br /> 6.2 Record Keeping <br /> The Oiler will keep the Waste Storage Area Log in the Maintenance Office. <br /> V7.0 Documentation <br /> 7.1 Waste Storage Area Log form <br /> NOV <br /> Issued By Jim Dacayanan Authorized By: Shane Morin Page 2 of <br />
