If the 500 gallon container will be used as secondary containment it needs to be clean of hazardous
waste. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous
waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD.
Violation #608 - Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters.
A black 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters had a start accumulation date of 5-2014. Facilities that generate ul
to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year.
