Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the above waste, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation including disposal records explaining how this waste was managed. This is a repeat Class II violation. The oily water and waste anti-freeze 55-gallon drums were not closed. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. This is a repeat Class II violation, and it was corrected on site.
