One 5-gallon container of unknown contents (had no label) <br /> was also noted inside the above enclosure, Mr. Gardner indicated he will be handling these wastes as hazardous <br /> waste. Also one 55-gallon container of waste absorbent lacked hazardous properties and a physical state on its label, <br /> this label was corrected at the time of inspection. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> can't be determined how long the above containers(located inside the fenced in enclosure) have been on site, <br /> iediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br /> manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 008 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel fitters. <br /> The following containers of used oil and gasoline filters were not stored in a closed container: 55-gallon container <br /> located in the express lube building lacked the container ring (this container was closed at the time of inspection), one <br /> 20-gallon container also located in the express lube building had a lid but was not closed, two 55-gallon metal <br /> containers of oil and gasoline fitters had a lid but was lacking the container lid clamp band. Used oil filters shall be <br /> drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil and gasoline filters," an <br /> marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately close all filter containers and ensure that all used oil filters are <br /> managed in this way. Submit proof of correction to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Onsite in response to -tplaint COOO, �g "a large accum, i of hazardous waste behind an <br /> unlocked fence enclosu a'. Conducted a roa r; n .: ,dous waste generatcr .spection. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting th corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 231-2016. <br /> Please be aware as of Janua 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials informar_ <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
