These straps
are pre -shaped to the contour of
the tank wall. The reducer bushing
allows one standard 4" NPT
fitting to accommodate both
the fuel supply and fuel return
lines for the fuel oil heater.
When the double reducer
bushing is used, the standard
550 or 11000 gallon capacity
double-wall tank can be
specified.
Helical Heating Coils
For viscous products (such as
#6 heating oil) helical coils are
available. Attached to a heavy-
duty epoxy painted carbon
steel 22" ID manway cover,
the 11/4" schedule 40 carbon
steel heating coil is installed to
leave 8" clearance from the
bottom of the tank. Suction
and return couplings can be
installed in the manway lid.
(Not included with heating
coil.) Coil area for heat pur-
poses is 20.6 sq. ft. A heating
coil can also be centered on
30" and 36" manway covers.
Heating Coil rnnnl.t: croon.ten
In' dl.. x X'thlcF
z< -X' hot"z on
'3- NPT tocol,ir,
Ie
r, tint inletam omw
' cl
