All spill containers shall have a minimum <br /> capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. The spill <br /> container the spill containers were determined to have faulty drain valves. Technicians could not replace and retest <br /> during the monitoring system certification due to time limit. Spill containers need to be retested. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br /> complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> NOTES: <br /> -Verified all sensors at lowest point. <br /> - Spill buckets need to be retested on site with EHD present. <br /> -When it fails, spill buckets shall be replaced with a spill bucket that has a minimum capacity of 5 gallons, is <br /> protected from galvanic corrosion, and has either a drain valve which allows drainage of the collected spill into the <br /> primary container or provide a means to keep the spill container empty pursuant to CCR, Title 22, section 2635(b) <br /> (1). <br /> AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS <br /> FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> Received by: Date: Inspector: Inspector Phone: <br /> Printed Name and Title: FATINAH ZAREEF, REHS (209)953-7311 <br /> %al vA <br /> Page 6 of 6 <br />
