Based on telephone <br />conversations with you and San Joaquin County officials on 29 September 1994, you have already <br />commenced with tank removal activities under the County's oversight. <br />We hereby grant your requested extension to submit the ground water investigation work plan until <br />16 October 1994. The work plan must include all of the issues stated in our 10 August 1994 letter <br />and be prepared and signed by a professional engineer or geologist.
