UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK CLOSURE PROGRAM <br /> U-HAUL FACILITY#709-83 <br /> 450 NORTH CHEROKEE LANE <br /> LODI, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This report summarizes the procedures and findings of an underground storage tank removal and closure <br /> program conducted at the U-Haul Facility#709-83 located at 450 North Cherokee Lane in Lodi,California <br /> (Figure 1). The program was conducted on December 17 through 20, 1996 by a tank removal and closure <br /> team at the request of Amerco Real Estate Company\U-Haul International Fuels and Environmental <br /> Management (Amerco\U-Haul). The tank removal and closure program team and each team member's <br /> project responsibilities are shown in Table 1. <br /> Table 1. Wayne Perry, Inc. and <br /> Columbia Analytical,Inc.were contracted directly by Amerco\U-Haul. The following sections present the <br /> site background,details of the tank closure program, and the results of the soil sampling investigation. <br /> 1 <br />
