4.0 RESULTS <br /> 4.1 FIELD OBSERVATIONS <br /> During the tank removal program, Blaes Environmental noted that the former underground gasoline and <br /> diesel fuel tanks were in good condition with no apparent holes. The soil below the tanks, piping, and <br /> dispenser did not appear to be stained and did not have a petroleum hydrocarbon odor. <br /> 4.2 ANALYTICAL RESULTS <br /> A summary of the tank closure soil sample results is presented in Table 3. The analysis indicated that the soil samples collected below the north end of the former diesel fuel <br /> tank and the south end of the former gasoline tank contained varied trace concentrations of TPH and <br /> Toluene, Ethylbenzene, and Xylenes,but did not contain concentrations of Benzene or MTBE. <br /> The laboratory analysis also indicated that the soil samples collected from the soil stockpile associated with <br /> 7 <br />
