5. Based on soil sample test results, evidence of unauthorized releases will <br /> be reported to all Federal, State, County and local agencies having ,jurisdiction. <br /> Reporting procedures to the San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division, <br /> will be made in accordance with Article 5 of the California Administrative Code, <br /> Title 23, Chapter 3, Subchapter 16. <br /> 6. Remedial action will be based on certified laboratory test ;results of soil <br /> samples. Evaluation and recommendation for corrective action will be made on a <br /> case-by-case basis. Coordination with all agencies having ,jurisdiction will be <br /> accomplished prior to the start of work. <br /> 7. A schedule for the removal contract is presently pending; due to time factors <br /> beyond the control of this office, (headquarters funding, contract announcements, <br /> awarding of contract). A tentative timeframe for final awarding procedures is <br /> set for August 1989, start of work - September 1989, with contract completion <br /> October 1989. <br />
