The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for ARCO am/pm#83230 as of December 07, 2017. <br /> Open violations from October 29,2014 inspection <br /> Violation#316-Secondary containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion. <br /> Water was found in the diesel STP and diesel fill sumps and in UDC 13114. Secondary containment shall be <br /> constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. The service <br /> technician removed less than 1 cup of liquid from each aforementioned sump/UDC and returned the sensor to its <br /> proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to address the water <br /> intrusion into the sump under permit and inspection of the EHD.
