Cotulla; <br /> In behalf of AT & T, please find attached "Gilbarco Tank Monitor" <br /> descriptive information that AT & T intends to install in their present <br /> underground diesel oil tanks. This system would replace the existing <br /> "Liquidometer Monitor System" and is intended to be used for inventory <br /> reconciliation and leak detection. It is also intended to be used for leak, <br /> detection in lieu of annual testing as prescribed in Article 4, Alternative <br /> 5 of the California Underground Storage Tank Regulations. <br /> Please note in the attached description that the system is capable of <br /> detecting leaks at a rate above 0.05 gallons per hour and is provided with <br /> alarms for remote annunciation. <br /> We are hopeful that the above meets with your approval and would appreciate <br /> your comments.
