A thorough audit of onsite records determined that an additional required service record was not available during the inspection. That record is also included. The permit was posted on a bulletin board in the site's administration area on 11/16/17. Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report Item#207 HSC 25294 Failed to record unauthorized release from primary containment. Anecdotal information about the site indicates that the staining on the floor in the Day Tank Room is over 12 years old with no change in size since then. The stained areas were dry and covered with dust and cobwebs during my visit last week. A small area of oily residue was found when touching three pipe junctions. Our contractor, Bill Rogers of Jauregui &Culver, Inc., is working with you to make repairs to the piping. This is not a point of hazardous waste generation but we agree that repairs should (and are) being made. A secondary employee, Ron Williams, was trained by the designated operator on 11/14/17. Ron is the alternate and night shift technician. His training record is included with this response. Kenneth Carr's training information is also included. His record was in the site's UST binder at the time of inspection. Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report Item#214 HSC 25281.5(b)(3) Unburied emergency generator fuel piping not visually inspected at least monthly or log kept. A clipboard with a log was in use to inspect the unburied piping during my visit. Inspections conducted during generator runs will be logged going forward.
