Tubes shall be factory installed, 4" diameter, and shall include <br /> a 6" steel fitting with a double tapped reducer bushing to 4" <br /> diameter. <br /> 3. Tubes shall be standard items as manufactured and installed by <br /> the tank manufacturer. <br /> 4. FRP fill tubes supplied by Owens-Corning.
