I Class 1: Administrative Expenses. Class 1 claims shall <br /> 2 consist of all claims referred to in Section 507 (a) ( 1) of the <br /> 3 Bankruptcy Code and includes generally all debts incurred during <br /> 4 the Chapter 11 case and unpaid at the time of confirmation of <br /> 5 the Plan. <br /> 6 Class 2 : Priority Tax Claims . Priority tax claims shall <br /> 7 consist of all claims entitled to priority under Section 507(a) <br /> 8 ( 7 ) of the Bankruptcy Code and generally include tax claims. <br /> 9 Class 3 : Other Priority Claims. Class 3 claims shall con- <br /> 10 sist of all claims entitled to priority under Section 507 of <br /> 11 the Code except those claims included in Class 1 and Class 2 . <br /> 12 Class 4 : Claims Secured 12Z Real Property. Class 4 claims <br /> 13 shall include all claims allowed as claims secured by contrac- <br /> 14 tual and non contractual liens and encumbrances upon real pro- <br /> 15 perty of the Debtor to the extent so secured. <br /> 16 Class 4A: Tax Collector of San Joaquin County. Fully <br /> 17 secured by Debtor' s real property. <br /> 18 Class 4B : Union Safe Deposit Bank. Fully secured by deed <br /> 19 of trust to Debtor' s real property. <br /> 20 Class 4C: Terry Hamilton. A claim of lien filed by the <br /> 21 creditor against Debtor' s real property which is fully secured. <br /> 22 Class 4D: Granite Construction Company. A claim of lien <br /> 23 filed by the creditor against Debtor ' s real property which is <br /> 24 fully secured. <br /> 25 Class 4E: Trans-Asia Investment Group No. 1. Lien created <br /> 26 by recording Terms and Conditions of a lease and Modification <br /> 27 against Debtor ' s real property. Fully secured. <br /> 28 Class 4F: Richard Bokides . Lien created by recording <br /> -3- <br />
