1 Class 4B: Union Cafe Deposit Bank. This is a fully secured <br /> 2 claim by a recorded deed of trust upon the Debtor' s real property <br /> 3 in the approximate amount of $135 ,000 .00 . This class is not <br /> 4 impaired and shall be amortized by applying the proceeds as <br /> 5 they are received from the sale of the Debtor' s real property. <br /> 6 Class 4C: Terry Hamilton. This is a fully secured claim <br /> 7 of mechanic' s lien recorded against the Debtor' s real property. <br /> 8 This claim is contested and shall be paid as allowed or approved <br /> 9 by the Court from the proceeds of the sale of Debtor' s real <br /> 10 property after payment to UNION SAFE DEPOSIT BANK. The claim <br /> 11 filed is $14 ,466 .00 . <br /> 12 Class 4D: Granite Construction Company. This is a fully <br /> 13 secured claim of mechanics lien recorded against Debtor' s real <br /> 14 property. This claim is contested and shall be paid as allowed <br /> 15 or approved by the Court from half of the proceeds of the sale <br /> 16 of Debtor' s real property after payment to UNION SAFE DEPOSIT <br /> 17 BANK and TERRY HAMILTON. The claim filed is $6 ,740 .00 . <br /> 18 Class 4E. Trans-Asia Investment Group No. 1. The claim <br /> 19 of Trans-Asia Investment Group No. 1 represents a lien on the <br /> 20 Debtor' s real property as the result of a sixty (60 ) year lease <br /> 21 entered into by the Debtors and the said creditor on or about <br /> 22 May 4 , 1980 . The said real property was subsequently subleased <br /> 23 to RICHARD BOKIDES , which lease was abandoned in or about <br /> 24 November 1988 . Debtor estimates the value of the leasehold <br /> 25 interest in the sum of $0 . <br /> 26 Class 4F. Richard Bokides. The claim of Richard Bokides <br /> 27 represents a lien on the Debtor' s real property as the result <br /> 28 of a twenty ( 20 ) year lease entered into by the Debtor and other <br /> -5- <br />
